This was a digital production project in which I designed a magazine cover and contents page for Top Gear’s Subscribers Edition issue. I chose the Bugatti Vision GT concept car as the layout’s centerpiece and created a photo manipulation by combining the car, road, background, and sky into one image. I wanted the subscribers edition to radiate a unique, exclusive appeal, so I chose large, gold text with no additional callouts to other articles. The masthead is a spot color and was obstructed via masks and layers in Photoshop. The inside spread was laid out to look like a race position board that you might see at a race track.
